As the dedicated concierge, she curates a network of strategic experts and resources that complement Boston 128's comprehensive financial planning services, ensuring clients receive white-glove service across all aspects of their wealth management needs.

In her role leading mergers and acquisitions, Rajani has built a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships with financial professionals seeking succession planning solutions. Her relationship-driven approach to practice acquisitions and continuity partnerships has enabled Boston 128 to grow selectively while maintaining the firm's commitment to personalized service.

Throughout her career spanning both corporate and non-profit sectors, Rajani has maintained a strong commitment to service and community impact. This dedication to helping others drives her approach to client relationships and her business development efforts.

A graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston with additional studies at Boston University, Rajani also studied abroad in Athens, Greece, bringing a global perspective to her work. She resides locally with her husband Mike, daughter Marissa, and their French Bulldog mix, Robby Dog. A Scituate native, she enjoys beach time, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
